Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted on all items. The buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery and then arrange for return of the item within 28 days of delivery. Once the items has been returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

Please be aware that we will not accept a refund when:

  1. The buyer is aware of a fault prior to purchasing the item
  2. The buyer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
  3. The buyer no longer wants an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless the buyer bought it without seeing it

When a return is requested, the buyer must confirm the reason for the return. Upon returning the item, the buyer must pay for return postage/courier fees. The return postage nor the initial delivery postage will be refunded, only the cost of the item will be refunded.

If the item is not returned in the original condition, unless agreed with the seller, then the buyer will be charged for any loss in value.
