19th Century, Carved Oak, Flemish Style / Green Man Double Pedestal Desk
A gorgeous, spacious piece with 9 intricately carved drawers with the “Green Man” as their handles.
It is an impressive piece in very good condition, pardon a fairly large water mark to the top centre as well as a slight split between the oak planks which make up the desk top. The desk does of course have some minor knocks and repairs but nothing that is glaringly obvious and which affects its aesthetics.
The desk measures 137cm L x 70cm D x 76cm H. The kneehole space measures 51.5cm W at its narrowest point, 56.5cm W at its widest point and 57.5cm H.
