19th Century - Green Man Oak Carved Sideboard with Carvings of Game
A stunning sideboard, covered in carvings and with the mask of the "Green Man" in multiple places on the piece. The sideboard consists of 2 drawers above a double door cupboard with a single interior shelf. The drawers are assembled with dovetail joints and there is also a centray keyhole in between both drawers as well as on the right hand cupboard door. Unfortunately, the key has been lost.
The sideboard is in good condition for its age, however, there is a little bit of damage. This damage is in the form of a missing piece of moulding to the lower left hand side of the left drawer as well as a split in each of the doors. Finally, there is a couple of ring marks to the top surface. Other than that, the sideboard is in really good condition.
The sideboard measures 141cm L x 53.5cm D x 101cm T.
