An Art Deco oak double pedestal executive desk featuring a bank of four drawers to each side and a central drawer above a keyhole. Beneath each bank of drawers is a black base plinth, adding definition and contrast to the design. The reverse side includes two lockable cupboards with internal shelving and oak panelled detailing to the sides, allowing the desk to be used freestanding.
The desk is in very good condition overall, with light wear to the oak surface at the front edge of the top and otherwise presenting beautifully. A key is supplied for the rear cupboards, though there is no key for the drawers.
It measures 137 cm long, 76 cm deep (including handles), and 77 cm high. The kneehole measures 58 cm wide with a height clearance of 60.5 cm.
