Drylund, Mid Century Teak Tambour Sideboard / Record Cabinet
A rarely seen, tambour front sideboard by Drylund of Denmark. The tambour front opens to display a pull out drawer as well as multiple shelves. It had previously started life as a record cabinet, but has later been converted to a standard sideboard. The piece is fitted with castors to the underside.
There is some damage to the top of the piece in the form of fading, a ring mark as well as a dark mark and a couple of patches where there is a large number of thin scratches. There is also a couple of marks to the front left edge from where it has knocked into some things. The damage can only really be seen when close to the piece and doesn’t really affect it from afar. The damage has been photographed anyway.
