An iconic piece of 20th century design by the popular designer Marcel Bruer. The Cesca chair in this form is known as the B32 and comprises of a cane seat pad and back rest upon a cantilevered chrome frame. The chairs all came from one owner who purchased these in the middle of the last century. Some chairs have had their pads replaced over time meaning that the makers mark vary. Some pads have “made in Italy” albeit that they are worn, others have “made in Italy” stamped into the underside of the pad whereas others don’t have any mark. They are however all genuine.
The chairs are all in good functional condition with no damage to the cane, however, some do have some minor rusting to the frame and some minor marks to the edges of the pads/backrest.
The chairs measure 47cm W x 52cm D x 81cm H x 46cm H to seat.
