A substantial rosewood sideboard by SIMAT, exceptionally large at nearly 8ft wide, something of which is very rarely seen in this scale. The design features a central drinks cabinet with a fold-down front, a large cupboard to the right, four drawers along the lower section, and an additional cupboard to the left. The size and form make this a striking statement piece with excellent storage capacity.
The sideboard is in good condition overall. The top and front present very well, with only a couple of minor veneer chips to the lower edge of the drinks cabinet door and some small scuffs to the bottom edge near the drawers. The sides may have been refinished at some point in the past, but the visible surfaces are in very good order. Due to its size and weight (well over 100 kg), it is strongly advised to ensure access is suitable before purchase. The piece does come with a key for the drinks cabinet.
It measures 240 cm wide, 47 cm deep and 128 cm high.
